10-20-Football vs. 1st Armored Division

On this day in 1945, the Old Guard “Cockades” played the 1st Armored Division “Warriors” in Darmstadt, Germany, as part of the Seventh Army Football League in post-World War II occupied Germany. The “Cockades” came away with a victory, outscoring the 1st Armored Division, 24-0. NOLI ME TANGERE!
